Approximate Finished Size 9" tall, 11" wide and 3" deep, all fabric yardage is based on 40" wide fabrics.

Fabric requirements.

Three quarters of a yard for the Outer purse and pocket fabric (purchase more if using a directional fabric, approximately 1 1/2 yards).

Two thirds of a yard for the Purse flap & Strap fabric (here again, if using a directional fabric purchase approx. 1 1/2 yards).

1/3 yd Lining Fabric (approx. 1/2 to 3/4 yard if using directional fabric)

1/3 yard Inside Pocket Fabric - this fabric can be the same as your lining fabric!

Crib Size or 2/3 yard of 90" wide Batting or 1 1/2 yards flannel fabric (note - use a very thin cotton batting, anything thick will make a very bulky bag and be more difficult to sew the layers together).

Optional - If you wish to make an insert for the bottom of this purse to make it not so "droopy" on the bottom, we have given you 3 options inside or doing so. I recommend using Fast2Fuse the most. If going this route, purchase 1/8 yard of Fast2Fuse and you will also need 1/8 yard of fabric.
